Shipping Policy

At Enway Power Solutions (Pty) Ltd, we don’t just deliver products — we deliver trust. Our delivery process is designed to be fast, reliable, and transparent, giving you total confidence from checkout to installation.

Backed by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 68 of 2008, our policy ensures your rights are protected — and your expectations exceeded.


1. Product Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. If a product is unavailable when you place your order, we’ll notify you immediately and issue a full refund using your original payment method. Cash deposit bank fees may be deducted where applicable.


2. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver anywhere within South Africa. 
International deliveries are not available at this time.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and accessible. If the location is outside of urban areas or remote or presents access challenges, additional delivery time or charges may apply. Make a comment when placing the order if you have any special requirements. 


3. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is confirmed, we aim to dispatch it within 2 business days. 

Delivery times are usually up to 7 working days for major cities and starts from the date payment is reflective. While we make every effort to deliver on time, factors like strikes, looting, courier availability, location, or public holidays may affect delivery dates.

In line with Section 19 of the CPA, if we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe without a valid reason, you are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund.


4. Special Delivery Instructions

At checkout, you can include any special delivery requests — such as gate codes, contact on arrival, or preferred times. We’ll do our best to accommodate them wherever possible.


5. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination.

To view your exact shipping cost, simply add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout. All delivery fees are shown upfront — no hidden charges. VAT is included, as per South African tax law.

Please note: Additional delivery charges may apply for remote areas or bulky items. These will be clearly stated before payment.


6. Damaged Items on Delivery

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery.
  • Notify us immediately by phone or email.
  • Take photos of the packaging and the product.
  • Solar panels and similar items must be unboxed and inspected on delivery.

We cannot accept liability for damages reported after you’ve signed the delivery note, so please inspect carefully on arrival. However, if the product has hidden damage not visible at delivery, you still have protection under Section 56 of the CPA.


7. Insurance

If you arrange your own courier or third-party collection, you are responsible for the goods from the moment they leave our premises.

If Enway arranges delivery, the risk remains with us until the goods are delivered for orders up to R10,000. Optional insurance is available on request for higher-value shipments above R10,000.
