Returns Policy
Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At Enway Power Solutions Pty Ltd, we strive to ensure
our customers are satisfied with the quality and performance of all products
purchased from our online store: www.enway.co.za. This policy complies
with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).
1. General Return Conditions
- Returns
are accepted strictly under the following conditions:
- The
product must be in unused, original condition, with ALL
original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Products
must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Items
must have intact warranty seals and matching serial numbers to
the original product supplied.
2. Change of Mind / Unwanted Products
(As per CPA Section 20)
If you change your mind or no longer want the item, you
may:
- Return
the product within 10 business days of receiving it.
- A 10%
handling/restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Shipping
costs to return the item are at the customer's expense.
- The
item must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
3. Damaged or Missing Items on Delivery
(As per CPA Section 19(5) & 19(8))
- If
you receive a product that is damaged or has missing components, you
must:
- Notify
us immediately upon delivery.
- Provide clear
photos of the product and packaging.
- Report within
24 hours of delivery.
Please note: Once a product has been mounted and/or
installed, we cannot accept claims for missing or incorrect
components.
4. Defective Products or Warranty Claims
(As per CPA Section 55(2), 56(2) & 56(3))
You are entitled to return a defective product within 6
months of delivery, provided the defect is not due to:
- Misuse,
abuse, or negligence.
- Electrical
surges or damage caused during installation.
Process:
- Customer
will need to provide a valid Electrical Compliance Certificate,
complonents list, photos of installation, SSEG application, Battery
settings, and a detailed description of the installation. Returned items
will undergo a technical inspection to assess the fault.
- We
reserve the right to send the product to the manufacturer or
supplier for assessment.
- Pending
manufacturers approval, we will offer:
- Repair
or replacement at our discretion.
Assessment timelines:
- May
take up to 21 working days depending on supplier/manufacturer
turnaround.
5. Products That Cannot Be Returned
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under
the following conditions:
- The
product has been installed, scratched, damaged, or tampered
with.
- The warranty
seal has been removed or broken.
- The
item was custom-made, specially ordered, or software licensed.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges
are offered only when the returned item meets our return conditions.
- The
request for exchange must be made within 3 business days] of
delivery.
- Shipping
fees for returning and sending the exchanged item are the customer's
responsibility.
7. Courier & Shipping Costs
- Customers
are responsible for arranging their own return courier.
- If
we arrange collection, a shipping fee will be charged.
- Shipping
damage is not covered under warranty. Please ensure goods are
adequately insured during return transit.
8. Extended Manufacturer Warranties
- Warranties
are held by the product manufacturers, not Enway Power Solutions.
- Any
claims under extended warranty will be handled directly by the
manufacturer.
- Loan
or backup units may be available on request, but are not
guaranteed.
